FAQ, Ordering, Returns and Shipping Policies

Shipping

Every item on this site is made by hand and is either in-stock, ready to make, made to order or custom. All items that are In-stock ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Ready to make items are not complete at the time of order placement but will enter the production cue immediately and typically ship within 1 week of order placement.  For made-to-order and custom items please allow 2-3 weeks from order placement for shipment. For the shipping status of each item please refer to the  product page. If you have any questions about when your order will ship, feel free to contact us.

All orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For all USPS priority shipping options, the 1, 2, and 3-Day designations are only ESTIMATES and does not guarantee your packages delivery in that time frame. If you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date, please choose the applicable UPS option. We do not offer USPS expedited shipping. If you cannot receive packages at a street address and need your package shipped to a PO/APO box, we will ship USPS.

Think your package is lost or stolen? Send us an e-mail at hello@rebeccapearcy.com with your order number and any details you have. If you selected a USPS shipping option, we will submit a lost package claim and need to wait to hear back before moving forward, usually 1-2 weeks. If you selected UPS, we will submit the claim and get to work on your replacement item. While we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages we are more than happy to do everything we can to facilitate reimbursement through USPS or UPS and replace the missing item.

International Shipments

Please be aware that the shipping cost on international packages does not include Duty, Customs Adjustments or VAT. In some cases, importing countries will charge fees, tariffs and taxes, and will require that you pay them before you can receive your items. Rebecca Pearcy takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for these charges, or for the amount charged. If you would like an estimate of the amount that may be charged, contact the customs department in your country.

Return/Exchange Policy

We do not offer cash back or refunds on non-defective items, however we are happy to accept exchanges. Please note that most of our items are hand-printed on natural fabrics. Slight variations in ink color and material may be present and don't necessarily make it defective. Placement of print on each piece varies and makes each one unique! 

Please review our terms for exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only available for full price items.
  • Made to order and custom items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused and have original tags attached.
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. 
  • We reserve the right to determine if an item is in original condition.
  • In the event you do not find a suitable exchange item at this time, store credit is available. Store credit is good indefinitely and can be used in-store or online.
